The enquiry form currently checks your entries only. It does not send or save your details. To contact Gordon, please use WhatsApp or email. Those services handle messages under their own privacy terms.
Information the enquiry form asks for
The form asks for your full name, WhatsApp number and enquiry topic, together with your consent to be contacted. You may also provide your email, preferred time to talk and a message about your property plans.
How enquiry details are intended to be used
Once the form is connected and this policy is reviewed, the intended purpose is to reply to your enquiry and discuss the property matters you asked about. Your information should be used for that purpose and handled in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.
Storage and protection
Enquiry information is intended to be stored securely after the form is connected. The current website does not store enquiry submissions.
Access, correction or deletion
To ask about access to, correction of or deletion of information you have shared with Gordon, email propertywithgordon@gmail.com. You can also use that address for questions about how your enquiry details are handled.
